We have lived in the neighborhood Mr. Jellie just moved to for almost 8 years. We support variances when proposed plans will serve to improve our neighborhood as a whole and will not detract from any neighbor. It appears that Mr. Jellie’s plans will have a positive impact on our neighborhood, with no resulting negative impact. For this reason, we support Mr. Jellie’s application.

I live directly adjacent to the subject home on the north and am likely impacted more than most in the neighborhood by what Mr. Jellies builds on this lot with exception to the Ford's directly east or the Osland's directly south. I have seen the plans Mr. Jellies is proposing and fully support his proposal for the variances requested. He is not proposing a quick fix and flip, his home will enhance all values in the neighborhood if built as planned and I see no safety issues with his plan.

The purchase of this home by Mr. Jellies is a benefit to the entire neighborhood. Mr. Jellies' remodel plans will add value to the home and neighborhood. He should get a variance from the restriction of how much of the property he can remodel within a three year period so that the entire remodel is done as quickly with these benefits for all: less expensive, no long-term dumpsters and early morning construction work, a quickly finished home with upgrades consistent to the neighborhood.

My Name is Adam Walter and I live down the road from Rick’s house and I strongly support the approval of these variance requests. PV needs to update their building codes for homes on under 1 acre because they don’t make send and make it very difficult for people like Rick to update their properties for the benefit of the surrounding area.
