We share a common driveway with the Fountain's and the subject property. Although we are not as directly effected by all the concerns raised by the Fountain's in their comments attached to the agenda, we share their concerns and fully support the issues raised. The shared driveway is not very wide. Extreme care must be taken to prevent construction vehicles from blocking access. In communications with the present owner I am optimistic that he will adhere to Town code provisions.
