    I believe the photos on the Power Point are deceptive. Impact from each additional foot to the pad has greater impact on surrounding homes, than suggested. (I live at 5922 E Cheney Dr- come see for yourself.) Why not allow leveling of the lot with the 2" of additive from the lowest natural grade of the lot, not the pad!? Please note the appalling results of the current ordinance on Cholla Dr. near Ironwodd (east side of Mummy Mountain)
