Our residence, 5921 E. Quartz Mountain Road, is adjacent to the project at 5939 E. Quartz Mountain Road and one of the first homes to be built in the development back in 1960’s. The original owners, and current owners are the Micuda family. It was purchased based on the fabulous panoramic view and the privacy. We are not averse to the building of a private residence, but are opposed to what seems to be a major departure from what was presented at the initial meeting and to us in private.
