    Mr. Ende's issues are self-imposed and not a consequence of this remodel. Driveway location is existing. Garage is in the same location. He created the issue when he remodeled his property, placing his bedroom in line with the driveway. We have no space to add landscaping between our driveway and the PL. However, Mr. Ende has plenty of space between his home and the PL where he could add landscaping. The committee approved the east driveway location in the prelim hillside review meeting.

    Please see letter my submitted on 6/8 in regard to the Applicants omission to heavily vegetate the area in the northeast corner of the property and to shift the new driveway west towards the home to divide the parcels and to block headlights from shining in to our bedroom. Additionally, deleting the east driveway provides more benefits than deleting the west driveway (as proposed) in regard to preserving the hillside and reducing water run off from the natural wash shared by multiple parcels.
