Tonight I reviewed the photos, #3 - #8 (Photos.pdf, above) Bob Long, the designer, included in the agenda. The home ,which can be found in Fig. 3, section XXII, is clearly blocking many mountain views . His previous application packets' illustrations did not "show the appearance of the mountain top profile", as per ZO XXII, Section 2207, Mountain Profile Inviolate. It is our opinion that the building is in violation of ZO XXII, and some wonderful views of the mountain have been lost.
We, and our neighbors, are most concerned that some of the plans which were submitted for 2018 & 2010 were submitted not stamped/sealed or signed, as they should have been, by a registered architect, per ZO Article XXII. How can the permit be approved? How can it be valid? We are concerned that many of the changes requested were completed months ago, before the change was ever requested.We thought approval was necessary before making changes. And an imaginary spa was requested to be moved.How?
