    It seems unseemly so much can be built on 5 acres. Due to the density of this project is it much better than a building motel? Is that what the PC intends to recommend to the TC? The Special Use Permit Guidelines exist for a reason. Granting exceptions, especially one of this density, degrades the intension of our low density/high standards. This is nothing more than a developer's "money grab". Please hold off for something more fitting of the Town's approval.
