    On March 27, 2020, we sent a letter to the Town stating our approval of the variance request, which we reconfirm as stated in that earlier approval. We think the variance is reasonable and recognizes the Rauch desire to upgrade their home within the original footprint and espying the wash crossing the property, We are the neighbors adjacent to the northeast of the lot for which the variance is requested.
