    ENFORCE building codes which protect residents, observe surrounding area (including FLATLAND), listen to neighbors, impact elevation has on wash overbank, offer variance to all properties surrounded by adjacent "lower" homes w/ no history of flooding as offered to SFHA properties.
    This is NOT a new neighbor vs existing neighbor issue during construction of a SPEC home. If CODES ARE ENFORCED, Construction Team is LIABLE for adverse impact to adjacent property. Please contact me for specifics.
