    Would appreciate commissioners & staff comments on Flatland properties & proposed amendment 2B. Clarification when an engineer submits a 1360.5 water surface elevation & the LNG of the FLATLAND property is 1356. How would 2C apply? By adding 1', elevation is now 1361.5 or 5.5' above LNG (our case actually 5.6'). What is the proper protocol to have contact with commissioners? I have had conversations Federal, State, County & licensed professionals - all say I MUST WORK WITH THE TOWN. Thank you.
