    This guest house is In reality a 2nd house on 1 acre property. It is a 2600 sq ft,3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths, integrated 2 car garage, storage area general living space and outside porches. It is a house. The 2 car garage facing Quartz Mountain road actually is the width of a 4 car garage. Those with aversion to streets lined with garage doors will find this intrusion offensive.
