    I STRONGLY OPPOSE the lot split. There are plenty of 1 acre lots available in Paradise Valley, there is no reason for more congestion. Ironwood already has problems with visibility, speeding, water service and drainage issues, and now someone wants to compound the issues, let me guess, it's a builder who doesn't care about our town, just his pocketbook. Next thing on the agenda, let's have 1/2 acre lots, where does it stop; I say Now. G. Thomas Eggebrecht, Ph.D. 7839 N. Foothill Drive S.

    I am very concerned about this lot split and I oppose it
    1. It will increase the traffic (double what it would be for one lot) on a road that has poor visibility and I often see vehicles traveling considerably over the speed limit.
    2. The Water Plan and the Preliminary Final Plat are conflicting. Water says Lot 1 access is on Ironwood Plat was it is on Cuarenta. Ironwood does not need two more driveways.
    2. The area already suffers from poor water service and has for many years.
