    The proposal to build 10 units in the open space behind The Andaz is probably the least onerous of the options available. However, there needs to careful consideration with regard to noise and lighting. The two largest units (3 and 4 bedroom) will run adjacent to our property and "scream" party house for bachelorette, wedding, guys golf trip; etc. Each unit has a pool and outdoor entertainment area closest to the property wall and I'm very concerned that we will experience excessive noise.
