This has been a topic for many a year now and I would think that the Town could finally make a decision on it. Recently I heard from Marel Brady, President of the Eagle Society, that she was advocating to sell it as a single family residence and not to put off a decision to a new council. I agree, and think that a house there rather than a vacant lot would beautify one of the entrances into PV and would finally put to rest this topic. Thank you for your consideration! Barbara Guglielmi
