I would like to inform the Committee that this property is under new ownership on/or about 3/8/24. Neighbors are concerned about excessive lighting (roughly 35 can lights)under south side covered patio. Furthermore, will the new owner be making efforts to bring the home into compliance by meeting all of the stipulations given to the original owner/applicant of the property, including heavily vegetating the north east area of the driveway to screen off headlights to the east neighbors bedroom?
