We have concerns about the new retaining wall and grading changes at the N end of this parcel as it sits above our home. Since the changes, we have noticed excessive moisture above the east bank of the wash up to our home. Can applicant obtain a drainage study and correct the NE corner of the parcel? We have experienced moisture through our slab on the west side of our home since the new driveway was installed. Previously water drained down the driveway on both E&W sides not all in to the wash
