Due to an acute upper respiratory infection, I am unable to attend in person this evening, and may not be able to find a stand-in on short notice, but am separately submitting a letter for inclusion with the record as legal counsel for approximately half of the licensed assisted living homes licensed within Paradise Valley to explain why Article VII should not be amended to reduce the occupancy number as proposed.
